A veteran of the U.S. Navy, public speaker, and a trainer in technology at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Downtown Sarasota office, Gregg specializes in using technology in pricing homes to sell for their highest fair market value and was a speaker at the 2018 National Association of REALTORS® conference in Boston on using technology to help your customers and their communities through proper pricing.
Gregg, a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and the National Association of REALTORS®, comes from a family in building and development, where his father was a land developer, his uncle is an architect, and his grandfather was a builder.
Gregg just completed the most successful new construction sales in 40+ years, of the beautiful new downtown development, Bayso, selling all 149 units in 11 months as part of a team of two. Their success was due to his knowledge of Sarasota's downtown bayfront, the explosive condominium market in Sarasota, and his patient approach to selling.
Before Gregg's time in real estate, he served in the medical field with the U.S. Navy and was based in Charleston, South Carolina, for five years. Upon his honorable discharge, he moved back to his home in Springdale, Arkansas and soon after to Louisville, Kentucky. In that time, he earned biology and chemistry degrees from Indiana University.
An entrepreneur, Gregg has built four businesses, two in logistics and transportation, and two in the beauty industry. He's been involved in thoroughbred racing as a farm manager where he managed a 120-acre farm with 80 thoroughbred horses.
Gregg has been in real estate in Sarasota, Florida for 10 years and has sold over $200,000,000 in real estate in that time.
Outside of his work in uniting extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives and building relationships for life with his real estate customers, Gregg is on the board of directors for the Alumni Association of the Missouri Military Academy serving as president for the past 3 years.
In his spare time, Gregg enjoys playing golf, fishing and historical fiction.
